Line Scan lens
Line scan system acquires images by each frame images on line. This system is suitable for
moving inspection conditions, such as rotating, moving objects and moving cameras.
This system is including high brightness, low F-number , high-resolution lenses for fine
pattern
measurement and detection of defects in OLED, FPD, PCB, Lead Frame inspection.
Our Line scan lenses increase productivity and implements optimal performance for optical
system by tight tolerance through analyzing assembly ability and machining.
12K line scan lens is designed of 64mm long sensor length, 16K line scan lens is designed
82mm long
sensor length implementing high contrast and resolution with low distortion
in center and surrounding.
Telecentric Lens and conventional lens compose Line Scan Lens, and each lens consists of
coaxial and non-coaxial lens. Coaxial module can be composed common line illumination
and TC illumination. TC illumination can get high contrast image than common line
illumination according to characteristic of specimen.
